Warranty Requests

Please submit all warranty requests below. All projects are covered by a 1-year

workmanship warranty, effective for one (1) year from the date the project is completed.

5.1 Workmanship Warranty:
The General Contractor warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner and will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of substantial completion.

The warranty does not apply to any materials, fixtures, or equipment supplied directly by the Client or any third parties not retained by the Contractor. Any defects or failures resulting from such materials are the Client’s responsibility.

5.2 Client Obligation to Notify and Preserve Work:
The Client must notify the Contractor promptly of any concern or defect and allow 14 days for inspection or correction.

Any tampering, modification, or unauthorized repair of the Contractor’s work within the one-year warranty period voids the warranty.
